1. Contract

Your contract is with LE GETEILLON SARL - 8 avenue du 18 Juin 1940 - 92500 RUEIL MALMAISON (FRANCE) registered RCS Corbeil n°480 984 004. Your payments and your holiday are protected. These booking conditions confirm the terms of contract which automatically come into force on payment of the deposit to LE GETEILLON SARL. You will be accepting these conditions on behalf of all members of your party and you must inform them of these.
 

2. Reservation, Confirmation and Payment Conditions

Go online at http://www.rentfrenchriviera.com. You will receive instant confirmation of availability of the holiday accommodation of your choice. Payment of your deposit to Sarl Le Geteillon confirms your acceptance of the booking and the booking conditions come into effect. After payment of a deposit of 30% of the rental cost , you will receive an invoice/confirmation. This document will show the dates, price and property description of the accommodation reserved for you. For last minute reservations made 45 days or less before arrival date, payment is due in full immediately. In this case the contract conditions come into force once the final payment has been received. The balance of the rental is due 45 days before arrival date. If the balance is not paid in time we reserve the right to cancel your holiday, retain your deposit, and apply the cancellation charges set out below. A holiday voucher giving the holiday address and directions to the keyholder will be sent to you after receipt of the final balance from you. Any extra requests can only be guaranteed if confirmed in writing by Sarl Le GeteillonL.
 

3. Prices and Periods

Prices are quoted per home per week (not per person) within the price period shown and are exclusive of travel. In high season bookings are normally from Saturday to Saturday. In low season other arrival and departure dates are possible. If your holiday falls across two different price periods you will be charged pro rata for the number of days in each period. Prices include hours of cleaning (time as indicated in the brochure), bed linen, towels. Power costs, compulsory final cleaning charge and tourist tax are additional costs to be paid.
 

4. Changes in Conditions or Prices

We reserve the right to increase or decrease brochure prices at any time before you book, once your booking is confirmed the price of your holiday is fully guaranteed and will not be subject to any surcharges. In return for this commitment, no refunds will be made for exchange rate movements or cost adjustments that would otherwise reduce the holiday cost. We reserve the right to impose any taxes or charges which may be implemented by the Government or other regulatory body which were unknown at time of going to press.
 

5. Arrival and Departure, Curtailing or Extending your stay

You should arrive between 15.00 and 18.00 hours on the day of commencement of your booking and vacate before 10.00 hours on the day of departure. You must telephone the keyholder if you are delayed. We cannot guarantee that keys may be collected outside of these times. If you are unable to take occupation on the day and time reserved due to delays, illness, personal reasons etc. no refund can be made. Similarly if you have to cut short your holiday no refund can be made for the days unused. If you would like to extend your stay please contact Sarl Le Geteillon and they will tell you immediately whether this is possible.
 

6. Changes or Cancellation by you

If you wish to change any accommodation 45 days or more prior to arrival date there will be a charge of 100 euros (or equivalent in USD) for every change we are able to confirm. If however, you request a change of accommodation 44 days or less before arrival date this will be treated as a cancellation and the following cancellation charges will be due. 
If you withdraw from the contract, we will invoice you the following cancellation charges:  
up to 45 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental
45 to 29 days before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental
28 to the day of the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental

The relevant date is the date of receipt of your notification
 

7. Changes or Cancellation by Sarl Le Geteillon

It is unlikely we will have to make changes to your holiday. If we are forced to do so we will advise you at the earliest possible date and will offer you the option of accepting the change if available or a full refund of all monies paid but no further compensation.
 

8. Your Liability

You have to pay a breakage deposit on arrival. This has to be paid in cash. Keys will not be handed over until the deposit has been paid. The deposit will be refunded on departure or shortly afterwards after deduction of any extra charges or breakages. You must take care of the property and contents and respect the local rules. If you break or damage anything in the holiday home you must advise the keyholder immediately. You and your party will be liable for any breakage or damage made and will have to pay for replacements or repairs. You must leave the house in good order and wash and put away all kitchen utensils before your departure. Occupation of the property is strictly limited to the number of people indicated on the voucher. The keyholder has the right to refuse entry to extra people.
 

9. Complaints

If you should have a problem during your holiday you must inform the local keyholder or Sarl Le Geteillon immediately who will endeavour to put things right. If your complaint cannot be resolved locally, you must confirm your complaint in writing to Sarl Le Geteillon within 28 days of vacating the accommodation. It is therefore a condition of this contract that you communicate any problem to the local keyholder. If you fail to follow this simple procedure we cannot accept responsibility as we have been deprived of the opportunity to investigate and rectify the problem.
 

10. Our Liability

We accept the responsibility for ensuring the accommodation which you book with us is supplied as confirmed and the services offered reach a reasonable standard. We cannot guarantee resort facilities will be open in the low season. We do not accept any liability of whatever nature for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise over which we have no direct and exclusive control. We do not accept liability in contract or tort (actionable wrong) for any injury, damage, loss delay, additional expenses or inconveniences caused directly or indirectly for force majeure or other events which are beyond our control, or which are not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part including, but not limited to war, civil disturbance, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government or any other authorities, accidents to or failure of machinery or equipment.
 

11. Jurisdiction
